Coco Love
Signed and numbered - limited edition print. 8x10 print on 11x14 mat.
I love fashion, so don't get me wrong -- but in creating this piece I was thinking of how Chanel is often seen as a representation of a woman's success.
I thought that way for decades but after losing my business during covid -- my deep love of fashion remained but no longer as an expression of my accomplishments.
My initial inspiration was triggered after seeing every woman sporting something Coco as boss babes -- but after looking back at this piece -- it is like all of my art. At first glance you see the bright colors and the popular logos but always know that there is a brokenness that exists in the nostalgia that my art invokes.
